I recently received a phone call from an employee at one of Laura's groups. The employee had recently turned age 65 and reached out to Laura for help in navigating the transfer to Medicare and moving from the group's traditional health plan to a Medicare Advantage plan. He was very complementary on the promptness of Laura's return calls and the "extra steps" she took in helping him through the process. He expressed how grateful he was to his employer that they utilize Laura and Titan Insurance as their benefits consultant.
